REFERENCING CRITERIA

Total household income per month needs to be a certain level to pass referencing, to check your total annual pre tax income is sufficient you can use the following calculation – (rent amount x 12 x 100 and then divide by 35)

Aprox example £1000 rent x 12 x 100 divided by 35 = £34,000 total household pre tax annual income required.
