Habeo Homes is happy to confirm we do not charge tenant or guarantor reference fees.

We also do not charge you any fees to put your household forward for consideration once you have had a viewing.

There are some costs that are passed on to tenants and landlords, these can be viewed on our tenant info page here.

If your household is selected by the property owner as protective tenants, referencing will start once £100 of rent in advance is paid to Habeo Homes, this will start your referencing process.
